WordPress: SEO + Security + Payment; Best practices for Website/Blog Management

The event it a prelude to WordCamp and we are looking forward to hosting the WordPress Nigeria meetup during the social media week.

This event will bring together developers, designers and bloggers for this WordPress related event about the best practices of the three most common issues around WordPress – Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Security against Hacks and attacks and Payment. 
The speakers for this event will include;
Adewale Adekile (Don Caprio) – Search Engine Optimization
Adewale Adekile is a Nigerian tech blogger whose tech blog ( DonCaprio – the geeks journal) is currently ranked among the top 300 blogs in Nigeria. he blogs about design, blogging social media and all things techie. He spends his time using his writing to blog and to develop WordPress based online platforms for others.
He will be sharing insights to getting your blog/ website loved by Search Engines (SEO)
Emenike Christian – WordPress Security
He is a CyberSecurity Consultant and Open Source Trainer. Currently working at Portals Network & Software Solution as Deputy-head Development and the Co-Founder of SabiNovates an upcoming Information Security and Training Firm. Having wide range of IT Skills ranging from Networking, Web Programming, Database Management, he focuses on Information Security mixed with Web Services using Python and PHP. He loves teaching, counseling and seeking solutions at night not to mention breaking codes and secured hacking
Security is at the heart of open source technology. Most designers and website builders create websites without security in mind leaving their clients and businesses open to hacks, leaks and attacks. He will be sharing on best practices for protecting your website/ blog.
Tubosun Ayinla – Payment processing with WordPress
Tubosun is absolutely a lover of WordPress. He is a developer at Cart, an ecommerce logistics startup in Lagos. He recently released a WordPress plugin that integrates with the popular WooCommerce framework. This plug-in allows a website accept payments via the Voguepay payments gateway. The plugin’s utility will be mostly obvious to Nigerian merchants who use Voguepay, one of the payments aggregators that supports Interswitch, Etranzact and Visa.
He will be talking about using WordPress to solve problems using his payment gateway as a case study
Bade Adesemowo – Building the WordPress Community
Bade manages BinComICT solutions, an Information Technology organization that uses the best of ICT in deploying solutions to businesses and brands. A lover of the open source community he will be leading this session with a view to raising teams that will support the  Wordpress community.
He will be sharing on building the Nigerian WordPress Community
