    dear kay,

i was quite impressed with your write up of the transformation of oshodi and i share your ambivalence on reaching a conclusion on the goodness or badness of the market but i ave noticed that lagos state seem to have concentrated so much on infrastructural development without developing the human resource capacity of the people. I am a believer in : develop the people, develop the state because it is impossible to develop a society by throwing money at facilities whereas there is immense hunger and desolation in the land, i fail to see how far the state can go if the intention really is the overall development of the state.

I trust Gov Fashola has plans for the development of the people but he needs to marry it together with infrastructural development otherwise lagos will be a beautiful state but a home to several impoverished people.

Great post man…. i was just about to write on Oshodi, but now that you’ve written on it, I’ll just steal a few points from u…….

There’s no doubt that true leadership might have returned to Nigeria with the way Fashola is conducting himself. For me he was my “Man of the year for 2008″.

I can’t help but say if Fashola is walking this path, then our generation must certainly take responsibility to ensure that that becomes the popular path to walk

there’s just this feeling that Fashola and Oshiomole might deliver the presidency 2011 into the hands of AC party depending strongly on how they turn out.

    cheers busee

Fashola has demonstrated great leadership skill. For every development there must be pain,i believe that his plan includes the survivor of the masses. With a conducive environment comes good health and possibility for growth. Kudos! Keep it up.

    Hmm…
Great work going on here. Im very delighted at what I see.

Thanks for dropping by the last time.

Really Gov. Fashola is doing a good work in Lagos and I heard
that other states are already following suit in some areas.

All he needs is our support and cooperation.

Kudos and keep the good work going @www.deolakayode.com
